Hot/Cold Pad, size 25 x 12 cm. Comes complete with an elastic band featuring a pocket to keep the gel pad comfortably in place.

For heat therapy: place the pad in hot water (up to 80°C) for 10-15 minutes, or heat in the microwave (up to 800 W) for 30-60 seconds. For cold therapy: place the pad in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Always wrap the pad in a towel or similar fabric before use.

The pad is made from PVC on the exterior and filled with gel inside.
